Lavender Honey - We were able to get fresh lavender wildflower honey from the lavender farm "Lavender by the Bay". You could swap this for your favorite honey if you can't find lavender honey.
Lavender Salt - Lavender Salt with English Lavender was used for these healthy muffins. You can use regular sea salt if you don't have lavender salt.
Whole Wheat Flour - Whole wheat flour was used for this lavender muffin recipe as Whole wheat flour contains more iron, calcium, protein, and other nutritional elements than white flour.
