Do you want to make the most moist, delicious and flavorful homemade muffins? If you answered yes then you need to make a batch of these award winning Weight Watchers Air fryer Cinnamon Apple Muffins.

You probably are thinking it would be easier to just go and buy an Otis Spunkmeyer Apple Cinnamon Muffin but it won't be as fresh or nutritious as homemade.
The average store bought Muffin has at least 250 calories, 12 grams of Fat and about 32 grams of Sugar, so baking your own homemade WW Apple Muffins is beneficial to your soul and your waistline.
Why is Home Baked better than Store Bought?
Homemade Cinnamon Apple Muffins are healthier than store bought because you control the ingredients. No preservatives are used, and only the best Apples, Flour and Spices are used.
People that eat home-cooked food on a regular basis are happier and healthier and consume less sugar and processed foods which result in higher energy levels and better physical and mental health.
Oh and always the added bonus is the aroma of the baking spiced cinnamon and apple. The smell is warm and enveloping and will instantly take you back to childhood memories of your Mom or Grandma making something delicious in the kitchen for you, or the smells coming from your favorite bakery on a Sunday morning.
But wait, here is another bonus, science has determined that being creative in the kitchen can add to happiness and satisfaction to your busy life. Baking is a known common cure for stress or feeling down. So let's get baking!
