Do you want to make the most moist, delicious and flavorful homemade muffins? If you answered yes then you need to make a batch of these award winning Airfryer Cinnamon Apple Muffins.
You probably are thinking it would be easier to just go and buy an Otis Spunkmeyer Apple Cinnamon Muffin but it won't be as fresh or nutritious as homemade. The average store bought Muffin has at least 250 calories, 12 grams of Fat and about 32 grams of Sugar, so baking your own homemade Apple Cinnamon Muffin is beneficial to your soul and your waistline.
Why is Home Baked better than Store Bought?
Homemade Cinnamon Apple Muffins are healthier than store bought because you control the ingredients. No preservatives are used, and only the best Apples, Flour and Spices are used.
People that eat home-cooked food on a regular basis are happier and healthier and consume less sugar and processed foods which result in higher energy levels and better physical and mental health.
Oh and always the added bonus is the aroma of the baking spiced cinnamon and apple. The smell is warm and enveloping and will instantly take you back to childhood memories of your Mom or Grandma making something delicious in the kitchen for you, or the smells coming from your favorite bakery on a Sunday morning.
But wait, here is another bonus, science has determined that being creative in the kitchen can add to happiness and satisfaction to your busy life. Baking is a known common cure for stress or feeling down. So let's get baking!

1: Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees F and grease your 12 Cup Muffin Tin
If you are using your Air Fryer you will preheat for 5 minutes at 360 Degrees before baking.
2: In a medium bowl stir together the Flour, Cinnamon, Baking Powder, Baking Soda and Salt.

5: Spoon your mixture into your greased Muffin Tin for Oven Bake. If you are using your Air Fryer fill your Silicone Muffins Cups with the Batter about ¾ full.
6: In a small bowl combine the Brown Sugar Blend, Flour, Cinnamon and Cut Butter Cubes and mix them all together and then sprinkle on top of the Batter in each Muffin Cup as a topping.
7: Bake in the Oven for about 20 minutes. If you are baking in your Air Fryer you will Bake at 360 Degrees for 15 minutes. Since the Air Fryer is not as large as the oven you will have to bake them in Batches. My Air Fryer Can hold about 4 Muffin Cups at a time.
8: Remove from oven when cooking is complete and let cool.
9: Fill your Flavor Injector Syringe with Applesauce and insert into each Muffin to infuse a small amount of Applesauce inside the Muffin. This takes your ordinary Muffins to the next level.
*** If you do not like filling in your Muffin just skip step 9 - they are delicious with or without the filling.
