Weight Watcher Friendly - This Big Mac taco recipe is only 6 points on my WW app for two Big Mac smash tacos.

Easy to Make - Preparing these Weight Watchers Big Mac smash burger tacos requires only a handful simple ingredients and 6 minutes of cook time.
Ingredients needed and substitutions:
Plain Greek Yogurt: You will need yogurt for creating your delicious Big Mac sauce. We used Siggi's for this special sauce but you can use any plain greek yogurt.
Unsweetened Ketchup - Since this is a Weight Watchers smash tacos recipe we try to cut calories wherever we can so try to use unsweetened ketchup as it is 0 points.
Low Carb Tortillas - We used Mission Carb Balance for these smash taco burgers. They are 2 WW pts for one tortilla. La Tortilla Factory Original size tortillas are also 2 pts if you can't find the Mission tortillas.
Dill Pickles - You can't have a Big Mac without the pickles. Dill pickle slices are one of my favorite toppings for these burger patties. You could also top with a sweet pickle relish, sweet relish or sweet onion.

How to Make Easy Big Mac Tacos:
1: Making the Secret Big Mac Sauce - In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, ketchup, mustard, onion powder, garlic powder and a pinch of salt, Stir until combined; set aside for later.
2: Grab a tortilla and press 3 ounces of ground beef onto one side of the tortilla using your hand to flatten it evenly. Sprinkle with taco seasoning.
3: Coat a medium non stick skillet with a spritz of olive oil. Heat on medium high. Add your tortilla to the pan beef side down. Cook 3 minutes until browned. Next take a spatula and flip the tortilla over. You can add a slice of cheese on top. Cook 1-2 minutes until your tortilla is toasted and cheese is melted.
4: Fold into a taco shape and transfer to a platter to add your toppings - Dill Pickles, Onions, Lettuce and don't forget your Big Mac Special Sauce. Enjoy the crunch...yummy!

- 2 Tablespoons of Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons of Unsweetened Ketchup
- 1 Teaspoon of Mustard - Yellow or Spicy Brown
- ½ Teaspoon of Onion Powder
- ¼ Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
- 3 Pinches of Sea Salt
- 2 Low Carb Tortillas - The 8 count 12 Ounce Mission Carb Balance Flour Tortillas work perfect for this recipe.
- Uncooked Extra Lean Ground Beef - 96% Lean - 4% Fat or Ground Turkey - Use 3 Ounces per Burger.
- Cooking Spray - 2 Spritzes for your Pan.
- Reduced Fat American or Cheddar Cheese
- ¼ cup Diced Onion
- ¼ cup Diced Tomatoes
- ⅔ cup Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
- ¼ cup Sliced Dill Pickles
Instructions
