Ingredients:
1 Cup of Spelt Flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, ¾ Almond Milk, 1 lemon zested and juiced, 2 tablespoons of Safflower Oil, 1 Tablespoon of ground flax seed, 3 Tablespoons of water and 2 Tablespoons of Maple Syrup.
How to Make a Vegan Chaffle:
1: Mix Spelt Flour with Baking Soda
2: Whisk together the Almond Milk, Lemon Juice and Zest, Safflower oil, Flax Seed, water and Maple Syrup in a separate bowl. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until just incorporated.
3: Add 3.5 Tablespoons of batter to your Mini Waffle Maker and cook until golden brown on both sides.
4: Ready to eat... Enjoy your Vegan Delight!

The easiest way to make these 3 Ingredient Chaffles is with a DASH Mini Waffle Maker. If you do not own a Mini Waffle Maker you can use a regular size one and would just have to double the recipe to make enough batter for a larger chaffle.
I used the DASH Heart Shaped Waffle Maker and a Dash Round Mini Waffle Maker. Both worked really well. I like the Mini's for the small serving size.

Yes, super easy. After you are done using it let it cool down. Once the waffle maker is no longer hot just grab a little scrub brush and run it under hot water and brush off any leftover crust then wipe with a cloth or paper towel.

Ingredients to Make Keto Cheesy Chaffles:
One Egg
¼ Cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese or your favorite cheese
1 Tablespoon of Almond Flour
Preparation Instructions:
1: Preheat your Mini Waffle Maker
2: In a bowl, whisk together the cheese, almond flour and egg until well blended.
3: Once your waffle maker is hot, give it a spritz of olive oil and evenly sprinkle of little shredded cheddar cheese directly onto the griddle of your waffle maker.
4: Pour half of the Chaffle Batter onto the griddle of your waffle maker over the cheddar cheese you just sprinkled and then sprinkle the top with a little bit more of the shredded cheddar cheese or your desired cheese.
5:Close the lid of your waffle maker and cook for 2 minutes.
6: Once the 2 minutes is up quickly unplug the waffle maker and let cool for a minute then gently remove your first chaffle with a spatula or butter knife.
7:Ready for the next chaffle just plug in the waffle maker and repeat steps 1-6.
