Ingredients and Substitutions;
- 2 under-ripe Avocados, pitted, peeled and cut into 11 avocado wedges.
- ½ Cup of All Purpose Flour - If you are going for Vegan avocado fries use Almond Flour and you can omit the eggs and dip in Aquafaba.
- 2 Eggs Beaten
- 1 Cup of Panko Breadcrumbs - If you are going Keto use 1 Cup of crushed Pork Rinds
- Freshly Ground Pepper or Cayenne Pepper if you like it Spicy
- Cooking Spray
How to make this recipe:
1: Preheat Air Fryer to 390 Degrees F
2: Place flour, egg wash and Panko breadcrumbs in separate bowls. Season each with Salt and Pepper or Cayenne...or just use your favorite condiments for Flavor.
3: Dust the Avocado Wedges in the Flour, shaking off the excess. Dip in the Beaten Egg and then dip in the Panko mixture.
4: Spritz the Air-Fryer Basket with Olive Oil spray and then arrange the Battered Avocado Fries in a single layer in the Air Fryer Basket then give them a Spritz of the Olive Oil Cooking Spray.
5: Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning after 5 minutes, until Golden Brown and Crispy. Remove from the Air Fryer and serve immediately. Use your favorite dipping sauce. I love chipotle mayo or ranch dressing,

Just break out your Mini Ninja Chopper and add in the Pork Rinds give it a couple of pulses and you will have perfect Keto Breadcrumbs.
What can I use to make Low Carb Breadcrumbs?
Pork Rinds…it’s that easy. Grab a couple of bags of Pork Rinds at Amazon or the local supermarket or Walmart. You can get a bag for under $2.00 so this is an inexpensive Keto Breadcrumb Swap.
How do I make Keto Breadcrumbs?
You have 2 options. Hopefully you have a Mini Kitchen Chopper like the Mini Ninja. Take a handful of the pork rinds and place them in your kitchen chopper and give it a couple of pulse’s and you will have instant Keto friendly breadcrumbs.
If you do not own a kitchen chopper yet you can take a handful of your pork rinds and place them in a ziplock bag and crush them with your hands to make your Low Carb Breadcrumbs.

- 2 Eggs Beaten
- 1 cup of Panko Breadcrumbs - If you are going Keto use 1 Cup of crushed Pork Rinds
