Cocoa Powder - We used unsweetened cocoa powder for this ketogenic avocado mousse. You could swap with cacao powder or an unsweetened dark cocoa powder for an extra chocolatey chocolate avocado mousse taste.
Truvia Sweet Complete - was our sweetener of choice. You can use your favorite keto sweetener. Some optional keto swaps would be liquid stevia, coconut sugar, monk fruit sweetener or powdered erythritol sweetener.

How to Make Avocado Chocolate Mousse
1: Scoop the flesh of the raw avocado into a food processor or blender.
2: Add the cocoa powder, powdered sweetener, almond milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt into your food processor.
3: Blend until smooth & creamy, scraping down the sides of the food processor bowl as needed.
