Welcome to my kitchen where I love to create easy and delicious healthy recipes to share with all of my online friends.

Hey there! I’m Susan, a New York-based Private Investigator with a not-so-secret obsession for healthy food, vibrant living, and finding creative ways to feel amazing from the inside out. I run Sue-Sea-Q-PI, a healthy food blog where I investigate everything from delicious recipes to sneaky ingredient swaps that help you enjoy the foods you love — without the guilt.
In my “other life,” I’m chasing leads… but here, I’m chasing the perfect salad dressing or the muffin that actually loves you back. My kitchen is my happy place — often shared with my husband and our two energetic Boxer pups who love being outside as much as I do. Whether I’m kayaking, boating, paddleboarding, or fishing, I believe wellness is about living fully — not counting calories.

I believe healthy eating doesn’t mean sacrificing flavor — and it certainly doesn’t mean giving up your favorite foods. Sometimes, just a tiny tweak to a traditional recipe can turn a “bad idea” into something your body and taste buds both say YES to.
