I love a good cookie and this Dairy Free Snickerdoodle Cookie Recipe does not disappoint. These cookies are soft chewy with a light cinnamon and maple flavor, just delicious.
These Paleo Snickerdoodle cookies are made with grain free flours. Grain free flour is the ideal alternative for those who must avoid gluten. Gluten negatively affects those with Celiac disease as well as those who are prone to inflammation when they consume whole grain and white milled flours.
Using Almond and Coconut flours are better because they are gluten free. Quality ingredients are just better for you. This recipe also calls for unrefined maple syrup and a touch of coconut sugar which have more minerals.
Of course this is still a dessert so don't overindulge just know that they are made with real food and healthier options, compared to common baked good ingredients.
I hope you like them as much as I do.
