Chocolate Chip Cookies with Coconut Sugar Ingredients
Coconut Sugar - I used Trader Joe's Coconut Sugar for this recipe which worked perfect.
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips - You can swap with Lily's Stevia Sweetened Chocolate Chips for less sugar if you prefer.
All Purpose Flour - If you are sensitive to gluten you can swap with King Arthur Gluten Free Flour.
Unsalted Butter - Use unsalted butter for a more consistent flavor and texture.
How to Make WW Chocolate Chip Cookies
1: Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Mix your butter, oil and brown sugar - then add in your vanilla extract, sea salt and one egg white.
2: Now mix your all purpose flour and baking soda then add to your batter and sprinkle in your chocolate chips.
3: Drop teaspoon size dollops of batter on a baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake 5-6 minutes until golden.
4: Remove from oven cool and serve...so delicious!!
