Weight Watcher Friendly - This homemade pancake mix recipe is only 4 points on my WW app for 2 protein pancakes

Easy to Make - Preparing these fluffy pancakes requires only a handful of simple ingredients and 5 minutes of cook time.
Ingredients needed and substitutions:
Krusteaz protein pancake mix - We used the Buttermilk Krusteaz mix for these protein powder pancakes. I would stick with the Krusteaz brand.
Protein Powder - Orgain Organic Protein Powder Vanilla Bean which contains 21 grams of protein per serving was used for this recipe. You can use your favorite flavor protein powder.
Milk - You can use regular milk or almond milk.
Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancakes are light, fluffy, delicious, mouthwatering and also incredibly easy to make.
How to make Krusteaz Protein Pancakes
1: In a medium bowl combine pancake mix and protein powder - mix together.
2: Crack your egg into the bowl of dry ingredients, add your milk, vanilla extract and honey or maple syrup - mix until combined. Be careful not to over mix, some lumps are ok.
3: Pre heat a non stick skillet or griddle over medium heat - lightly coat with cooking olive oil spray.
4: Scoop batter onto pan. Use a ¼ cup measuring cup or ladle to pour batter onto the hot pan. Cook each pancake until bubbles form on surface then flip until golden brown.
5: Once cooked transfer the pancakes to a plate and serve immediately. Top with a pat of butter or your favorite healthy toppings such as fresh berries, sliced bananas, a dollop of Greek yogurt or a sprinkle of chopped nuts.
6: Optional garnish - Drizzle with honey or maple syrup and dust with a touch of cinnamon and powdered sugar for extra flavor.
