Why is eating Low Carb better for you?
When you consume carbohydrates, they are converted into simple sugars known as glucose in your bloodstream. They are your main fuel source. Without sufficient carbs available as fuel, your body will start burning fat to keep you moving. Basically lowering your Carb intake will make it easier to burn fat and lose weight.
Is this Low Carb Turkey Meatloaf Keto Friendly?
It can be if you leave out the Quinoa Blend, swap the Onion for Scallions and make your own keto-friendly, low-carb Sweet Chili Sauce.

2: While your Quinoa is cooking, preheat the oven to 375 Degrees F. Line the bottom of your baking pan with parchment paper.

6: Transfer the mixture to your Baking Pan; shape into a 5x11 Loaf. Brush a little extra Chili Sauce over the top of the Loaf.
