Weight Watcher Friendly - This simple fat bombs recipe is only 5 points on my WW app for 1 peanut butter chocolate bomb.
Since the new Weight Watchers plan is personalized you will have to input the ingredients used into your WW app to get your exact WW personal points.
Easy to make - This keto dessert requires only 5 ingredients and minutes to prepare.
Ingredients needed and substitutions:
Coconut oil - I used refined organic coconut oil for this delicious snack. For a fat bomb variation you can swap the coconut oil with coconut butter.
All Natural Creamy Peanut Butter - If you do not like peanut butter you can swap with almond butter or cashew butter.
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder - If you cannot find unsweetened cocoa powder or prefer something different you can use - Cacao Powder: Similar to cocoa powder but less processed, cacao powder is a good alternative. It has a rich chocolate flavor and is often considered a healthier option.
Stevia - I used the granular stevia but you can use liquid stevia as well.
Celtic Sea Salt - This is optional to sprinkle on top if you like sweet and salty.
How to Make Keto Fat Bombs
1: In a sauce pan melt your coconut oil and peanut butter. Once melted mix in your cocoa powder, vanilla extract and stevia - mix well.
2: Pour the liquid into silicone molds, mini muffin tins or a mini cupcake pan. Then place in the freezer until chilled solid.
If you don't have a mold you can place aluminum foil on a baking sheet pan and just pour the liquid into the pan and freeze. This makes amazing chocolate keto bark, especially if you sprinkle some nuts on top and sea salt.
3: Pop them out of the molds and store in an airtight container or Ziplock in the freezer until the sweet tooth monster comes calling.
