Easy to make - This keto dessert requires only 5 ingredients and minutes to prepare.
Ingredients needed and substitutions:
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder - If you cannot find unsweetened cocoa powder or prefer something different you can use - Cacao Powder: Similar to cocoa powder but less processed, cacao powder is a good alternative. It has a rich chocolate flavor and is often considered a healthier option.
Celtic Sea Salt - This is optional to sprinkle on top if you like sweet and salty.
How to Make Keto Fat Bombs
1: In a sauce pan melt your coconut oil and peanut butter. Once melted mix in your cocoa powder, vanilla extract and stevia - mix well.
2: Pour the liquid into silicone molds, mini muffin tins or a mini cupcake pan. Then place in the freezer until chilled solid.
If you don't have a mold you can place aluminum foil on a baking sheet pan and just pour the liquid into the pan and freeze. This makes amazing chocolate keto bark, especially if you sprinkle some nuts on top and sea salt.
3: Pop them out of the molds and store in an airtight container or Ziplock in the freezer until the sweet tooth monster comes calling.

- Quality Ingredients: Start with high-quality ingredients to ensure the best taste and nutritional value.
- Melted Coconut Oil: Use melted coconut oil as a base for your fat bombs. It provides a smooth texture and a rich coconut flavor.
- Room Temperature Ingredients: Allow ingredients like peanut butter or almond butter to reach room temperature before mixing. This ensures even blending.
- Sugar-Free Chocolate: Opt for sugar-free chocolate to keep your fat bombs keto-friendly. Look for options sweetened with stevia or monk fruit.
- Delicious Chocolate Ganache: Create a luscious chocolate ganache by combining melted chocolate with heavy whipping cream. This adds a velvety texture to your fat bombs.
- Low-Carb Sweetener: Use a low-carb sweetener like stevia or monk fruit to add sweetness without the added carbs.
- Almond Flour Base: Incorporate almond flour into your fat bomb mixture for a nutty flavor and a slightly crunchy texture.
