- Sargento Ultra Thin Sharp Cheddar Cheese is flavorful enough to stand on its own, and versatile enough to add zing to everything from a burger to apple pie to the ultimate grilled cheese.
Sargento Ultra Thin Cheese - We used sharp cheddar cheese for this crackers recipe. You can use different cheese flavors like pepper jack or monterey jack. Pick your favorite!
Sea Salt - Any coarse salt makes for a nice topping. You can also use some different seasonings like garlic powder, everything bagel seasoning or even sprinkle with flax seed.
How to Make Homemade Keto Cheez it Crackers:
1: Preheat your oven to 275 degrees F. Place 6 cheese slices on a baking sheet pan lined with a piece of parchment paper.
2: Use a pizza cutter to slice each piece of cheese into 4 small squares. Spread them apart so they are not to close together. You may have to make a double batch so you don't crowd them.
3: Take a straw and press a hole into the enter of each cheese square. Sprinkle with Sea Salt. Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
4: Remove and let cool to room temperature. Enjoy your crunchy, salty low carb crackers!
