Ingredients needed and substitutions
Boneless chicken breast - For this Weight Watcher's healthy buffalo chicken dip recipe I purchased a rotisserie chicken and shredded the chicken breasts to save time. You can prepare your own skinless chicken breast or even use canned chicken.
Buffalo Wing Sauce - For this WW buffalo chicken dip I used Frank & Teressa's Original Anchor Bar Buffalo Sauce. Frank's Hot Sauce a/k/a Frank's redhot is also a great option for buffalo chicken dip recipes.
Plain Greek Yogurt - I used Siggi's Plain greek yogurt but you can use your favorite brand.
Cottage Cheese - Daisy low fat cottage cheese was used for this buffalo dip, again feel free to use your favorite.
Blue Cheese - Blue cheese crumbles were used for this delicious dip. Make sure they are crumbles and not packed.
