Tomato Sauce - Rao's tomato basil was perfect for these homemade mini pizzas, but feel free to use your favorite pizza sauce.
Shredded Cheese - Part Skim Shredded Mozzarella works well for this recipe at only 3 WW points for one ounce. If you can find fat free mozzarella cheese that would be zero WW points.
Seasoning - Italian seasoning pairs perfect with pizza or fresh basil if you have that on hand.
How to Make Mini Pizza Bites
1: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Spray 4 cups of a 6 cup muffin pan with non stick spray.
2: To make your dough mix flour with yogurt in a large bowl. Evenly form into 4 balls, and place each one in a sprayed cup of the muffin pan. Press it into the bottom and sides, forming a bowl shape and add a dash of seasoning.
3: Bake until lightly golden brown and cooked through about 7-10 minutes.
4: Top with marinara sauce, cheese and Italian seasoning. Bake for an additional 3-5 minutes until melted and crispy. Ready to eat Mangia!!

Yes, you can make keto pizza bites by swapping the self raising flour with homemade keto self raising flour.

- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
