How do I cook Cauliflower Bites?
The preferred way to make these healthy cauliflower bites is to bake them either in an Air Fryer, Toaster Oven or your Regular Oven. I made them using my Air Fryer which worked perfect.
Why Air Fry?
I love my Air Fryer and use it several times a week, it has become a staple in my kitchen. Cooking with an Air Fryer is better for your health, deep fried foods are loaded with fat and calories which can lead to serious health conditions.
With the Air Fryer you only use a couple of sprays of Olive Oil which makes your meals in the Air Fryer much lighter. You will not feel bloated and lethargic after you eat like you would after a greasy burger and fries.
How Long does it take to Air Fry?
Most dishes prepared in the Air Fryer can be prepared in a fraction of the time that they would take in a traditional oven. If you are always on the go and do not have a lot of time to spend cooking than an Air Fryer is perfect for you.
Are you Carb Conscious?
This recipe uses Almond Flour in place of regular flour. Almond Flour is a great alternative to traditional wheat flour. It's low in carbs, packed with nutrients and has a slightly sweeter taste. Almond Flour may also provide more health benefits than traditional wheat flour, such as reducing "bad" LDL cholesterol and insulin resistance.
Why is eating Low Carb better for you?
When you consume carbohydrates, they are converted into simple sugars known as glucose in your bloodstream. They are your main fuel source. Without sufficient carbs available as fuel, your body will start burning fat to keep you moving. Basically lowering your Carb intake will make it easier to burn fat and lose weight.
Why is everyone trying Low Carb and Keto?
Lowering your carbs to below 100 grams per day is beneficial for weightloss and also promotes overall good health, energy and vitality. The Keto Diet limits your intake of carbs to less than 50 grams per day and eliminates junk and processed foods allowing you to eat clean, whole food for better overall health and wellness.
I follow the Weight Watchers program and incorporate low carb, so it is a blend of both. Don’t be afraid to experiment with different types of food that is the only way you are going to discover your best healthy life.
