After dinner, I almost always want a sweet treat, and this one completely delivered.
I recently tested a Strawberry S'mores Parfait from the Weight Watchers app, and it was so easy and satisfying that I knew it was worth sharing - along with my own tips and serving ideas.

This no-bake dessert tastes like the best parts of chocolate pudding, fluffy soft cake, and juicy summer fruit all layered together.
Made with fresh strawberries, angel food cake cubes, a creamy yogurt mixture, and a touch of mini marshmallows, everything comes together quickly and looks beautiful layered into parfait glasses, mason jars, or clear cups.
With graham cracker crumbs, marshmallows, and chocolate in every bite, you get all the best elements of trifles and classic s'mores - light, fluffy, sweet, and totally satisfying without feeling heavy.
Whether you're making these as make-ahead parfaits or an easy after-dinner dessert, this delicious dessert is perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth who wants something fun, simple, and oven-free.

Weight Watcher Friendly - This strawberry S'mores parfait is only 5 Smart Points on my WW App for one delicious parfait.
Since the new Weight Watchers plan is personalized you will have to input the ingredients used to get your exact points.
No-bake and stress-free - Perfect for warm days, cool days or any days when you want a dessert that comes together quickly without turning on the oven.
Classic s'mores flavor with a fresh twist - Juicy strawberries balance the rich chocolate and graham cracker layers for a lighter, cravings-ready treat.
Individual, make-ahead friendly servings - Ideal for parties, BBQs, or meal prep since they're easy to assemble and serve beautifully in cups.
Ingredients Needed + Easy Substitutions

Fresh strawberries - Sweet, ripe strawberries work best. You can substitute frozen strawberries (thawed and well-drained) if fresh aren't in season. Or use your favorite fruit.
Graham crackers - Crushed graham crackers create the classic s'mores base. Graham cracker crumbs or cinnamon grahams work just as well.
Plain Greek yogurt - This forms the creamy layer. We made it chocolate, by simply mixing in unsweetened cocoa powder (and sweetener if desired). You can also swap in a fat free chocolate pudding for a more traditional dessert-style parfait.
Mini marshmallows or Marshmallow Fluff- Fluff gives a smooth, creamy layer, while mini marshmallows add classic s'mores texture. Lightly toasting them is optional but delicious too.
Angel food cake - We used a store-bought, pre-made angel food cake cut into cubes for convenience. You can absolutely bake your own if you prefer homemade.

Strawberry S'mores Parfaits FAQs (WW-Friendly Dessert Tips)
Yes! You can assemble them a few hours in advance and store them covered in the refrigerator. For best texture, add the graham crackers and marshmallows just before serving to prevent sogginess.
If you want to reduce points, you can use a small amount of marshmallow fluff, lightly toasted for flavor, or skip them entirely and still enjoy the chocolate-strawberry combination.
Stick with plain nonfat Greek yogurt, measure higher-point ingredients like graham crackers and cake carefully, and use zero-point sweeteners where possible to keep points low without sacrificing flavor.
