Description

After dinner, I almost always want a sweet treat, and this one completely delivered.

I recently tested a Strawberry S’mores Parfait from the Weight Watchers app, and it was so easy and satisfying that I knew it was worth sharing — along with my own tips and serving ideas.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup of Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons of Powdered Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 3 ounces of Cubed Angel Food Cake
  • 1 cup of Chopped Strawberries
  • 1/4 cup of Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1/2 cup of Mini Marshmallows

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl , stir together the plain Greek yogurt, powdered sugar and unsweetened cocoa powder until well combined.
  2. Cut a 3 ounce slice of Angel Food Cake and cut into small cubes. Take your 4 Parfait glasses and place a couple of the Angel food cake cubes on the bottom of the glass for your first layer.
  3. Next top your Angel Food cake cubes with a dollop of the chocolate yogurt you made.
  4. Chop 1 cup of fresh strawberries and divide evenly among your 4 parfait glasses over the yogurt mixture.
  5. Sprinkles crushed graham crackers and mini marshmallows on top. Ready to Eat...Enjoy!

Notes

  1. Use ripe, naturally sweet strawberries
The sweeter your strawberries, the less added sweetener you’ll need, which helps keep the parfait light and WW-friendly.
  2. Measure graham crackers carefully
Graham crackers can add up in points quickly. Crushing and measuring them ensures you get that classic s’mores flavor without going over.
  3. Sweeten the chocolate yogurt gradually
When mixing cocoa powder into Greek yogurt, start with a small amount of sweetener and adjust to taste—cocoa can turn bitter if overdone.
  4. Lightly toast marshmallows for big flavor
A quick toast adds that authentic campfire taste, so you can use fewer marshmallows while still getting the full s’mores experience.
  5. Layer thoughtfully for texture
Place cake and graham crackers away from juicy strawberries to prevent sogginess and keep each bite balanced and satisfying.
