After dinner, I almost always want a sweet treat, and this one completely delivered.
I recently tested a Strawberry S’mores Parfait from the Weight Watchers app, and it was so easy and satisfying that I knew it was worth sharing — along with my own tips and serving ideas.

- 1 cup of Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons of Powdered Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 3 ounces of Cubed Angel Food Cake
- 1 cup of Chopped Strawberries
- 1/4 cup of Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/2 cup of Mini Marshmallows
Instructions
- In a medium bowl , stir together the plain Greek yogurt, powdered sugar and unsweetened cocoa powder until well combined.
- Cut a 3 ounce slice of Angel Food Cake and cut into small cubes. Take your 4 Parfait glasses and place a couple of the Angel food cake cubes on the bottom of the glass for your first layer.
- Next top your Angel Food cake cubes with a dollop of the chocolate yogurt you made.
- Chop 1 cup of fresh strawberries and divide evenly among your 4 parfait glasses over the yogurt mixture.
- Sprinkles crushed graham crackers and mini marshmallows on top. Ready to Eat...Enjoy!

- Use ripe, naturally sweet strawberries
