1 Lb of Fresh Strawberries
4 Ounces of Reduced Fat Cream Cheese - I like to use the Weight Watchers Cream Cheese.
½ Cup of Lakanto Powdered Monk Fruit Sweetener
½ Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
How to make your Low Carb Fruit Dip:
Here are your Instructions:
1 - Wash and Dry your Strawberries and place them on a serving platter. Finely chop 1 Strawberry and set aside.
2 - Use an Electric Mixer. In a medium bowl thoroughly combine your cream cheese, sugar, and Vanilla and mix; then gently stir in your finely chopped strawberry and mix again. Then spoon the dip mixture into a small serving bowl. Serve strawberries or any other fruit you like with the dip.
3 - Start Dipping! It is good chilled or fresh out of the mixer.
