Home Fries are one of my favorite Breakfast or Brunch Side Dishes. Cooking these Healthy Home Fried Potatoes in my Air Fryer means less effort for the same delicious result.
These simple air fryer home fries cook up in only 20 minutes.
With this Healthy Home Fried Potatoes Recipe you get the same bold flavors you find in your local Diner Home Fries, but without all of the Fat and Grease.
I use my Air Fryer several times a week for quick low fat meals. If you are not familiar with the Air Fryer I will give you the basics.
It works by circulating hot air around the food to produce a crunchy crispy exterior.
Instead of completely submerging food in oil, air-frying requires just a tablespoon of oil to achieve a similar taste and texture to deep fried foods.
Air fryers use less oil than deep fryers and can produce foods that have a significantly lower fat content which can aid in weight loss which is one of the top reasons I use this kitchen appliance so often.
Any appliance that helps me prepare low fat meals quick and easy is tops on my list.
