A Healthy way to make Home Fried Potatoes
Ingredients
- 3 Large Russet Potatoes
- 1 Tablespoon of Canola Oil
- 1 Tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon of Paprika
- A Pinch of Salt
- A Pinch of Pepper
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 1 Cup of Diced Peppers
Instructions
- Cut the Potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes. Place the Potatoes in a large bowl of cold water and allow them to soak for 30 minutes.
- Drain the Potatoes and dry thoroughly with paper towels. Return them to the empty bowl.
- Add the Canola and Olive Oils, Paprika, Salt and Pepper to taste. Toss to fully coat the Potatoes.
- Transfer the Potatoes to the Air Fryer. Cook for 20 minutes, shaking the Air Fryer Basket every 5 minutes (A total of 4 times)
- Add the Onion and Peppers to the Air Fryer Basket. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the Potatoes are cooked through and the peppers are soft.
- Add the Onion and Peppers to the Air Fryer Basket. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the Potatoes are cooked through and the peppers are soft.
