Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Cottage Cheese
  • 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder (about 2 tablespoons)
  • 1 Scoop of PBFit (about 2 tablespoons)
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1 chopped marshmallow
  • 1 ounce of chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Place your cottage cheese, chocolate protein powder, PBFit, almond milk and vanilla extract into your food processor and blend on high for 2-3 minutes until. creamy.
  2. Now add in your chopped marshmallows, nuts and chocolate chips mix together and pour into a container and place in the freezer for 2-3 hours. To make it easy use your empty cottage cheese container to put the ice cream in to freeze.
  3. Remove from freezer, add some colored sprinkles for fun and serve...creamy and delicious!!!
