  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 1/2 cups of Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Teaspoons of Lemon Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
  • 2 Teaspoons of Italian Seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper


  1. Scoop out your Avocados and place into a bowl and smash into a paste with a fork. Add in all of the other ingredients and mix together well.
  2. Spoon out individual dollops of the Avocado mixture onto a foil lined baking sheet and flatten each one with a fork to make a thin layer. (Make sure you give the pan a spritz of olive oil before placing your mixture on the pan)
  3. Place the baking pan in the oven and bake at 325 F Degrees for 18-20 minutes or until golden.
  4. Let cool and eat up!
