Description

A healthy double chocolate chip cookies recipe loaded with chocolate chips? Yes please! If you are a fan of a soft and fluffy cake like chocolate cookie, this recipe is for you.

There are plenty of chocolate chips as well as cocoa powder in these cookies for a double punch of chocolate. Baking up in only 15 minutes, low fat, low sodium and heart healthy!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup of Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons of Sugar
  • 2 cups of Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon of Baking Soda
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips
  • Handful of Chopped Walnuts for some extra crunch if you like nuts


Instructions

  1. Preheat - Preheat oven to 450 Degrees F.
  2. Mix - Mix all of your dry ingredients together in a large bowl with a whisk.
  3. Melt - Melt your butter in the microwave or on the stove top and then mix with the milk.
  4. Assemble - Drop a spoonful of the eggless double chocolate chip cookie batter on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Cook - Bake for 15 minutes at 450 Degrees F in the oven. You can also bake this healthy double chocolate chip cookie dough in the air fryer at 360 Degrees for 13 minutes.
  6. Eat - Remove from oven - serve and enjoy!!!
