Instructions
- Slice - Grab your avocado and slice in half and then into quarters. Use a spoon to scoop out the avocado from a quarter and then smash with a fork it a puree.
- Mix - In a large bowl mix together you mashed avocado, cocoa powder, almond flour, almond milk, egg yolk, maple syrup, baking powder and sea salt.
- Pour - Pour your brownie batter into a mug or ramekin and sprinkle with chocolate chips on top.
- Serve - Now place in the microwave for 90 seconds. That's it..remove from microwave and eat warm or cool whatever you prefer..enjoy!!
