This fun melted chocolate frozen whipped cream dessert is only 1 point on Weight Watchers. Turn a can of whipped cream into an ideal dessert for weeknights or for your next party.
Who doesn't love the rich and creamy combination of chocolate and whipped cream. This is a super easy frozen snack or dessert that you can whip up in less than 5 minutes.
Ingredients
- One can of Light Aerosol Whipped Cream
- Melted Milk Chocolate
Instructions
- Prep - Grab a baking sheet and lay a piece of parchment paper on your pan. Now take your can of aerosol whipped cream and squirt about a 2 tablespoon dollop onto your baking sheet and repeat until your pan is full.
- Freeze - Place your baking sheet with the whipped cream mounds in the freezer for 2 hours - Take 1 tablespoon of your chocolate wafers and place in a small dish and microwave for 30 seconds, then stir until melted. ( Do not overheat)
- Drizzle - Now grab your tray from the freezer and drizzle the melted chocolate over your frozen whipped cream then place tray back in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Serve - Ready to serve and eat!! Enjoy..they taste like mini Klondike Bars..so delicious!!
Notes
- Try different toppings for your whipped cream treats like melted marshmallow, caramel, sprinkles or even some crushed nuts.
- You can make a quick homemade Chocolate Magic Shell topping by mixing together a 1/4 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract, 1/8 teaspoon of instant espresso powder, a pinch of salt, 4 ounces of melted semi sweet chocolate, 1/3 cup of coconut oil and 1 teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder.
