  • Pinch of Sea Salt and Pepper
  • 1/4 cup of Chopped Scallions
  • 1 Tablespoon of Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon of Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  3. Drizzle with Teriyaki Sauce.
  4. Serve with Keto Cheese Crisps..Enjoy!!

Notes

  • 1. Use Warm Rotisserie Chicken for Easy Shredding
  • Shred the chicken while it’s still warm for the best texture. It’s easier to pull apart and absorbs flavors more effectively.
  • 2. Blend Cottage Cheese for Extra Creaminess
  • For a smoother, mayo-like consistency, blend the cottage cheese before mixing it into the chicken salad. This makes it extra creamy without adding extra fat.
  • 3. Add Crunch for Texture
  • Incorporate chopped celery, bell peppers, cucumbers, or almonds for a satisfying crunch that balances the creaminess of the cottage cheese and Greek yogurt.
  • 4. Boost Flavor with Fresh Herbs & Seasonings
  • Enhance your chicken salad with fresh dill, parsley, green onions, garlic powder, or a squeeze of lemon juice for a fresh and vibrant taste.
  • 5. Make It a High-Protein Meal Prep Staple
  • Store individual portions in airtight containers for quick, protein-packed lunches throughout the week. It stays fresh for up to 4 days in the fridge.
  • 6. Serve It in Different Ways
  • Enjoy your chicken salad in multiple ways:
  • On whole-grain toast or a wrap for a satisfying sandwich
  • Stuffed in lettuce cups for a low-carb meal
  • On cucumber or bell pepper slices for a crunchy snack
  • Over mixed greens as a quick salad bowl
  • 7. Adjust Consistency to Your Liking
  • For a thicker salad, use less Greek yogurt and cottage cheese. If you prefer it looser, add a splash of lemon juice or a teaspoon of olive oil.
  • 8. Spice It Up for a Flavor Twist
  • Add paprika, cayenne pepper, or a dash of hot sauce for a little heat. Smoked paprika gives it a subtle smoky depth.
  • 9. Store It Properly for Freshness
  • Keep your chicken salad in an airtight container in the fridge and avoid leaving it out for more than 2 hours to prevent spoilage.
  • 10. Customize It for Different Diets
  • Keto? Add avocado and chopped nuts for extra healthy fats.
  • Low-carb? Skip dried fruit and opt for more crunchy veggies.
  • Higher protein? Add extra shredded chicken and cottage cheese.
