Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of Rolled Oats
- 2/3 cup of Water
- 1 Scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
- 2 Tablespoons of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Maple Syrup
- A Pinch of Sea Salt
- 1 Tablespoon of Melted Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
Instructions
- Add oats, water, protein powder, unsweetened cocoa powder, maple syrup and sea salt to a blender. Blend for 30 seconds until combined.
- Pour mug cake batter into a small microwave safe bowl. Place in microwave for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from microwave and drizzle 1 tablespoon of melted peanut butter over the of the mug cake. Let cool and eat...enjoy!!!
