What else can I use this Dough For?
I grabbed smaller pieces of the dough and rolled them into breadsticks and then sprinkled them with Everything Bagel Seasoning. I was able to make 10 Breadsticks with one batch of dough and they were delicious!
Can I Season my Pizza Dough?
You sure can. Normally Pizza Dough is only seasoned with salt, but if you want to make your pizza Gourmet try adding in some dried oregano, chopped basil, marjoram, red pepper flakes or any hard grateable cheese.
- ½ Cup of Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt
- ⅔ Cup of Self-Rising Flour
- Any Toppings that you Love
1: Preheat oven to 400 Degrees F
2: Add your Yogurt and Flour to a large bowl and mix or knead your dough with your hands until it is smooth for about 2 minutes. You may want to sprinkle a little flour on your hands so the dough does not stick.
3: Sprinkle a large sheet of parchment paper with flour. Place your Dough Ball on the paper and cut the dough in half.
4: Take your Rolling Pin and sprinkle it with flour and roll each piece of dough into a 6 inch round circle. If you don't have a rolling pin you can use your hands to flatten out your dough and shape it. It does not have to be perfect. Sometimes the rough edges come out extra crispy which is nice.
4: Now transfer your dough and parchment paper to your baking sheet pan and bake in the oven for 15 minutes until the bottom is golden.
5: Remove from Oven and Top each Pizza with your desired base and toppings and then place back in the oven to bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
6: Ready to Eat!
